Our wines
The Pinerolese area is a territory of ancient viticultural tradition with its geography and climatic characteristics of the mountains allow a wide range of wines with strong, cool, fresh and elegant characters.
The Pinerolese "Argal", and the "Fross Bianc" are our wines made from the blending of the grapes traditionally found in our territory.
The Pinerolese "Argal" is made from the blending of Barbera, Freisa and cultivated Neretto grapes grown entirely in the commune of Frossasco. The accurate maturing in small oak barrels of second and third passage gives this wine the particular aromas of berries and of light spices, contributing to the characteristics of the Pinerolese grapes. The Argal is an elegant wine, a soft and notable drink, which is not lacking in body and structure. Ideal as an accompaniment of salami, or with first courses and red meat, he/she/it/you reaches the apex of the agreeability drunk with plate of quality cured meat such as bresaola.
Wines 
The Fross Bianc is similar to a good Chardonnay but with a more polite taste. It is characterized by its clear pale yellow colour, bright appearance and elegant and floral nose. Excellent as an appetizer or combined with fresh seafood salads, prawns or fried squid.
The Pinerolese Dolcetto, Pinerolese Freisa, and Pinerolese Barbera are our named from the purity of their characteristics. The Dolcetto is wine from the soft and winding taste, ideal for accompanying lamb, potato dumplings, as well as roasted meats and good poultry. The Freisa is characterized for its vivacious and cool character, it goes well with salami, savouries and is an ideal wine for the first course of a meal. The Barbera is a full bodied wine yielding bold and evocative aromas. This wine well with roasts, cheeses and other strong flavours.
