The Pinerolese Doux d’Henry is a rare and luxurious wine. It is the most original wine of the Pinerolese area. This vine exists only in our territory at the foot of the mountains. Legend has it that the King Henry IV of France, in the XVI century, tasted the wine and was favourably impressed by its flavour and from his sweetness. As the King liked the wine so much it was named in his honour and protected from the looting and wars in this area. It was named Doux d’ Henry (sweet of Henry). The Doux d’Henry is characterized for the rosy colour, the intense perfume, and for its freshness and palatability. It is therefore an excellent exponent of the basic grand wine of our territory. Perfect when married to appetizers of fish, light and cool first courses and white meats. Ideal also to accompany confectionery and sweet pastries he/she/it/you becomes aroused with elegant conviviality.

The Pinerolese Barbera "La Cavalleria", "Il Velluto " and the Spumante "Brut Clara" are the premium selections of our production and they express the prestige you would expect for wines with such a refined character. "La Cavalleria," made from the Pinerolese Barbera is matured in small barrels of French oak. Its name represents tradition of the horse strongly connected with our territory. With this wine we have tried to combine two of the best expressions of Pinerolese tradition; the equestrian art and the art winemaking.
Il "Velluto" is made from the selection and blending of Barbera and Dolcetto grapes of the Pinerolese Area. The environment here is particularly well suited for the grape to develop the wealth of polyphenols and tannins that give it its rich flavour. This flavour is further enhanced by maturation in French and then American oak barrels for a year and then further resting of the wine in the bottle for another six months. Made as a wine of modern conception it characterized plenty of body and a splendid elegance. "Clara" made from Chardonnay grapes, is an elegant and harmonious sparkling wine, able of offer grand sensations that express all the quality and the genuineness contained in the wines we produce.
