The
Dolcetto Pinerolese is obtained
from the Dolcetto grape. It
is a red ruby / purplish coloured
wine, with a nose distinguished
by evident signs of violet and
a pleasant and harmonic taste.
Composition: The Dolcetto Pinerolese
DOC is obtained from the grape
of the Dolcetto vine cultivated
in the Pinerolese area. Time
of harvest: Last week of September.
Production Technique: fermentation
and maceration of the must for
around 7 days; followed by storage
in stainless steel containers
until the following spring when
bottling occurs.
Alcohol content: 12% [vol].
How to drink: The Dolcetto Pinerolese,
for all its elegance is a wine
that could accompany any meal.
It should be served at a temperature
of 16-18°. |
