The
Barbera Pinerolese is obtained
from the grape of the Barbera
vine; it is a juvenile and fresh
wine, with an intense red ruby
colour. It has a fragrant, persistent
and ample nose with a full bodied
and harmonious palette.
Composition: The Barbera Pinerolese
DOC is made from the grape of
the Barbera vine cultivated
in the Pinerolese area. Time
of harvest: The first 10 days
in October. Production Technique:
Fermentation and maceration
of the must vats for around
10 days; following storage and
refining in steel barrels until
the following spring when it
is bottled.
Alcohol content: 12% [vol.]
How to drink: The Barbera Pinerolese
with its strong characteristic
structure combines well with
red meats and cheeses. It should
be served at a temperature of
16-18°. |
