The
Fross Bianc is obtained from
a blend of Chardonnay and Cortese
grapes. It is a white wine with
a pale yellow colour and clear
appearance, the perfume has
floral endnotes and with clear
signs of exotic fruits; it is
cool to the taste, light of
body and harmonic.
Composition:
the Fross Bianc is obtained
from the blending of the Chardonnay
(60%) and Cortese (40%) grapes.
Time of harvest: the first ten
days of September.
Production Technique: Pressing,
slow fermentation of the clear
must, cold stabilization and
storage in steel containers
up to the bottling
Alcohol content: 11.5% (vol).
How to drink: the Fross Bianc
is a very pleasant wine, suitable
as an appetizer and excellent
in accompaniment with fish dishes
and foods with delicate tastes.
It should be served at a temperature
of 10-12°.
