The Doux
d'Henry Pinerolese is the most
original wine of the Pinerolese
region and is obtained from
a grape typically only found
in the foothills of our area.
The Doux d'Henry is characterized
for his freshness and pleasantness
and it is therefore an excellent
example of the Pinerolese viticulture.
Composition: Doux d' Henry
Pinerolese DOC is obtained solely
from grapes from the vine of
the same name. Time of harvest:
The first 10 days in October.
Production Technique: fermentation
and maceration in vats for 48
hours; following fermentation
"in white" at a controlled temperature
(20° C).
Alcohol content: 11.5% [vol].
How to drink: the Doux d'Henry
is a delicate wine that goes
very well with appetizers and
dry pastries; it is served at
a temperature of 12-14°. |
